Meet The principal investigator
SELA Investigations, LLC was founded by Frederick Conner, a retired U.S. Army Senior Chief Warrant Officer with over 34 years of distinguished service to our nation. Throughout his military career, Mr. Conner served in a wide range of critical roles, including combat medic, Arabic linguist, paralegal, historian, intelligence analyst, and counterintelligence special agent.
He has served multiple tours overseas and conducted national security-level investigations both in combat zones and within the United States. His extensive experience in intelligence operations, investigations, and leadership has earned him numerous commendations and decorations. As a leader and trainer, he developed and guided intelligence professionals at the highest levels of national defense.
Now retired from military service, Mr. Conner brings this unparalleled skillset, discipline, and integrity to the private sector, where he is dedicated to making a difference for families, businesses, and legal professionals throughout the region.
He founded Southeastern Louisiana Investigations and Process Service (SELA Investigations, LLC) to continue his lifelong mission of service — supporting the local communities, the great State of Louisiana, and the greatest nation in history with honesty, precision, and professionalism.
